We start packing immediately after we receive your order, so orders cannot be changed once confirmed. We usually pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days. International shipping may vary slightly depending on the region and usually takes 3-7 business days. Delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures and inspections, etc. ALWAYS BE PURE is not responsible or liable in such cases. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government. Package cannot be packed or shipped when customers provide incorrect shipping address, and packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be shipped again. Customers are responsible for providing correct address when creating order. ALWAYS BE PURE will contact the customers who entered incorrect address that cannot be shipped through email(steven@kailani-int.com), and the customer is responsible to respond to the mail.
